We deliver and set up canopy tents. We offer a simple, friendly service, and we'll save you money. Your total cost will be
20' x 20' tent - $130
20' x 30' tent - $155
20' x 40' tent - $180
plus $5 per map mile from our location in East Greenbush near West Sand Lake. If you look at our map, you can see what the actual charge would be for your location. If you're off the map, we'll need to give you a quote.

Our tents work well for casual gatherings of 15 - 80 people. We offer the simplest way to get some protection from sun or rain.

We don't rent tables and chairs because most people can readily get those from their church or fire department for a modest donation.

As you can see in the pictures, our tents have a rigid top frame attached to supporting poles at 10' intervals. There are no tiedown ropes to trip over. Each pole is anchored to a pin which is driven about 18" into the ground. The height of the tent is about 8' in the middle and 6'-8" at the low sides. There are no side closures, so if you're having a formal gathering where you need absolute protection from the weather, our tents are not an answer for you.

We can install or dismantle a tent in about one hour. You don't need to be there, but you do need to clearly mark the setup location for the tent. It should be relatively flat, unpaved ground in an area where you don't have low hanging wires or branches. Since we have to drive pins in the ground, you need to choose a spot where there are no underground wires and other hazards.

You should reserve your tent with us in advance to get on our schedule. However, if you suddenly decide to have a party, contact us because we may be able to accommodate you on short notice.
